Advance Unit Exchange
Simply notify us of a defective device by telephone, email, or by opening an online service call. We'll ship an identical replacement device to you for receipt the next business day and issue a UPS "call tag" for return of your defective device. Place the defective device in the same box in which the replacement arrived and call UPS for pick up at your location.
The defective device is shipped at the customer's expense to one of our four depot repair centers. We'll repair it, complete a thorough inspection and reconditioning (including testing, cleaning, and lubrication), and ship it back to you within three business days of receipt via UPS ground shipment.
